Polyfunkční dům v Praze Libni

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce navazuje na architektonickou studii a projekt 4 – statické posouzení a zabývá se návrhem a vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení polyfunkčního domu v Praze v Libni. Práce je zaměřena na vypracování skladeb obalových a kompletačních konstrukcí včetně jejich tepelně technického posouzení a návrh vybraných stavebních detailů. Práce dále řeší stavebně konstrukční řešení a technické prostředí staveb. Stavba odpovídá moderní architektuře. Jedná se o samostatně stojící objekt s jedním podzemním podlažím a osmi nadzemními podlažími. Podzemní část objektu má tvar přibližně tvaru písmene L a nadzemní část objektu má tvar obdélníku. Půdorysné rozměry nadzemní části jsou 24,00x26,00 m. Výška objektu k atice od ±0,000 je 26,650 m a nad rovinu atiky přesahují jádra a výtahová šachta. Výtvarné řešení zdůrazňuje velké prosvětlení objektu a jeho členitou fasádu. Výrazným prvkem objektu jsou vegetační střechy, a to jak extenzivní, tak intenzivní. .

This diploma thesis follows on from the architectural study and project 4 – static assessment and deals with the design and development of project documentation for the building permit of a mul-tifunctional building in Prague in Libni. The focus of the work is on the elaboration of the compositi-ons of packaging and structure completion, including their thermal technical assessment and the selection of building design details. The work also focuses on the construction solution and the technical environment of buildings. The building corresponds to modern architecture. It is a deta-ched building with one underground floor and eight above ground floors. The underground part of the building approximately has the shape of the letter L and the above ground part of the object has a rectangular shape. The ground plan dimensions of the above ground floor are 24,00 x 26,00m. The height of the building to the attic from ±0,000 is 26,650m and above the attic plane extend the cores and the elevator shaft. The artistic design emphasizes the great illumination of the building and its articulated facade. A distinctive element of the building are the vegetation roofs, both ex-tensive and intensive.
