Ekonomická a energetická optimalizace objektu pro trvalé bydlení

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je ekonomická a energetická optimalizace trvalého bydlení pro majitele rodinného domu z 30. let 19. století. Jsou navržena tři možná řešení. První je prodej stávající nemovitosti a nákup nové méně energeticky náročné. Druhé obnáší demolici a stavbu nového domu na stejném místě. Třetí řešení zahrnuje ponechání si objektu a návrh na jeho optimalizaci pro celoroční užívání. Té je dosaženo za pomoci realizace vybraných energeticky úsporných opatření. Navrhované varianty jsou ekonomicky vyhodnoceny na základě metody prosté doby návratnosti a čisté současné hodnoty. Vstupní hodnoty do hodnocení jsou investiční náklady záměru včetně zohlednění možnosti získání státních dotací a roční úspora, které je realizací dané investice dosaženo.

The focus of this diploma thesis is the economic and energetic optimalization of permanent residence for the owner of a family house from the 1930s. Three possible solutions are proposed. The first one is to sell the existing property and purchase a new less energy demanding one. The second involves demolition and construction of a new house on the same site. The third solution involves retaining the property and proposing to optimise it for year-round use. This is achieved by implementing selected energy saving measures. The proposed options are economically evaluated on the basis of the payback period and net present value method. The input values for the evaluation are the investment costs of the project, including the possibility of obtaining state subsidies, and the annual savings achieved by the proposed measures.
