| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvořit univerzální nástroj pro spouštění, správu a monitorování standardizovaných bioinformatických pipeline. Nástroj byl vytvořen na základě moderních architektonických pravidel a technologií v oblasti softwarového vývoje. Výsledkem práce je funkční řešení, které je snadno integrovatelné do existujících i nově vyvíjených systémů. V závěru jsou formulovány doporučení pro budoucí vývoj a je poukázáno na některé nedostatky a omezení stávajícího řešení. | cze |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the master's thesis was to create a universal tool for running, managing and monitoring standardized bioinformatics pipelines. The tool was created based on modern architectural rules and technologies in the field of software development. The result is a functional solution that can be easily integrated into existing and newly developed systems. Ultimately, recommendations for future development are composed, with the addition of drawing attention to the shortcomings and limitations of the current solution. | eng |
