Dynamická scintigrafie jícnu

Abstract

Dynamická scintigrafie jícnu je metodou z oblasti nukleární medicíny, která slouží k diagnostice gastroezofageálního refluxu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány anatomie, fyziologie a základní patologické stavy postihující jícen. Dále jsou popsány základní vyšetřovací techniky pro diagnostiku chorob jícnu, a to včetně samotné dynamické scintigrafie jícnu. Je popsána příprava pacienta na vyšetření, základní indikace a kontraindikace, provedení a metody vyhodnocení vyšetření. V praktické části jsou zpracovány údaje o pacientech, kteří podstoupili dynamickou scintigrafii jícnu ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole v letech 2019 a 2020. Tyto údaje jsou zpracovány do přehledných tabulek. Praktická část se dále zabývala kvantitativním vyhodnocením výsledků dynamické scintigrafie jícnu, testem hypotéz jsou posouzeny naměřené tranzitní časy u dvou skupin pacientů, první skupinu tvořili pacienti s diagnózou diabetes mellitus, tato skupina byla srovnávací. Druhou skupinu tvořili pacienti s poruchou motility, tedy s dyspeptickými potížemi. V závěru práce je shrnutí celé problematiky a vyhodnocení získaných dat.

Dynamic esophageal scintigraphy is a method in the field of nuclear medicine that is used to diagnose gastroesophageal reflux. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the anatomy, physiology and basic pathological conditions affecting the esophagus. Furthermore, the basic examination techniques for the diagnosis of esophageal diseases are described, including the dynamic scintigraphy of the esophagus itself. The preparation of the patient for the examination, basic indications and contraindications, design and methods of evaluation of the examination are described. The practical part deals with data on patients who underwent dynamic esophageal scintigraphy at the University Hospital in Motol in 2019 and 2020. These data are processed into clear tables. The practical part also dealt with the quantitative evaluation of the results of dynamic esophageal scintigraphy, the hypothesis test assesses the measured transit times in two groups of patients, the first group consisted of patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, this group was comparative. The second group consisted of patients with motility disorders, with dyspeptic disorders. At the end of the work is a summary of the whole issue and evaluation of the obtained data.
