Zánětlivá střevní onemocnění - využití současných radiologických zobrazovacích metod

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme tématem zánětlivých střevních onemocnění a jejich diagnostikou pomocí konvenčních i moderních radiologických zobrazovacích metod. Dále se zabýváme úlohou radiologického asistenta při těchto vyšetřeních. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Na začátku teoretické části je popsána anatomie a fyziologie tenkého a tlustého střeva. Dále jsou popsány patofyziologické aspekty zánětlivých střevních onemocnění, především Crohnovy nemoci a ulcerózní kolitidy. Rovněž jsou popsány další typy zánětlivých střevních onemocnění a komplikace těchto onemocnění. V následující kapitole jsou uvedeny radiologické zobrazovací metody a jejich využití při diagnostice zánětlivých střevních onemocnění. Součástí této kapitoly jsou též uvedeny průběhy jednotlivých radiologických vyšetřovacích postupů a úloha radiologického asistenta při těchto vyšetřeních. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části jsou věnovány obecné úloze radiologického asistenta a radiační ochraně. V praktické části je metodou kvalitativního výzkumu formou případových studií prezentováno deset vybraných kazuistik pacientů se zánětlivým střevním onemocněním. Jednotlivé kazuistiky detailně popisují příznaky onemocnění, průběh onemocnění, následné radiologické vyšetření, stav pacienta po vyšetření a případné komplikace. V dílčích kazuistikách se věnujeme převážně vyšetřovacím metodám, které byly k diagnostice zánětlivých střevních onemocněních zvoleny a podrobně popisujeme postup při jednotlivých vyšetřeních. Výsledkem praktické části je podrobná analýza, komparace, zhodnocení jednotlivých případových studií pacientů a nalezení možných společných či rozdílných znaků. Všechny kazuistiky jsou doplněny o obrazovou dokumentaci.

In this bachelor thesis we discuss the topic of inflammatory intestinal diseases and their diagnostics using conventional and modern radiologic imaging methods. We also deal with the role of radiologic assistant in these examinations. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. At the beginning of the theoretical part is described anatomy and physiology of the small and large intestine. There are also described pathophysiological aspects of inflammatory intestinal diseases, especially Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. We also mention other types of inflammatory intestinal diseases and complications of these diseases. The following chapter presents radiologic imaging methods and their use in the diagnostics of inflammatory intestinal diseases. This chapter also contains courses of individual radiologic examination processes and the role of radiologic assistant in these examinations. The last chapters of theoretical part are dedicated to the general role of radiologic assistant and radiation protection. In the practical part, by method of qualitative research, we present ten selected case studies of patients with inflammatory intestinal diseases. Individual case studies describe in detail symptoms of diseases, course of diseases, subsequent radiologic examination, patient´s condition after examination and posibble complications. In the partial case studies we focus mainly on examination methods which were chosen to diagnostics of inflammatory intestinal diseases and we describe in detail the individual examination processes. The result of practical part is a detailed analysis comparation, evaluation of individual case studies of patients and finding possible common or different signs. All case studies are supplemented by visual documentation.
