Praktické použití zotavovací polohy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o polohování postižených v přednemocniční neodkladné péči, správnosti a následcích nevhodně zvolených způsobů polohování. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována první pomoci, historii polohování a právní legislativě v případě neposkytnutí první pomoci. Jsou popisovány druhy život zachraňujících poloh, včetně významu polohování postiženého v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a především správným postupům. Dále je pak popisována problematika aspirace, jak ji zamezit, nebo jak jednat v případě, že již postižený aspiroval. V poslední řadě je pojednáváno o nesprávném provedení záklonu hlavy a přínosu předsunutí spodní čelisti pro postiženého v bezvědomí. V praktické části je zpracováván výzkum, v kterém bylo prováděno polohování figuranta do zotavovací polohy studenty FBMI zdravotnických oborů a studenty bez zdravotnického vzdělání z Gymnázia Strakonice, kde byl měřen úhel záklonu hlavy a rotace páteře a také bylo sledováno správné provedení a manipulace s pacientem. K těmto zjištěním byly vytvořeny grafy, v kterých jsou znázorněny znalosti a úspěšnost studentů při provádění zkoumaného úkonu. Z šetření vyplývá, že většina studentů má mezery ve znalostech, tudíž by nebyli schopni poskytnout správnou první pomoc. Dále z grafů vyplývá, že se jen malá skupina respondentů reálně setkala s použitím zotavovací polohy a v těchto případech docházelo k 50% pravděpodobnosti zvracení postiženého uloženého do této polohy.

This bachelor thesis deals with the positioning of the disabled in pre-hospital emergency care, accuracy and consequences of inappropriately chosen methods of positioning. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is devoted to first aid, positioning history and legal legislation in case of non-provision of first aid. The types of life-saving positions are described, including the importance of positioning the victim in pre-hospital emergency care and, above all, the correct procedures. Furthermore, the issue of aspiration is described, how to prevent it or how to act if the victim has already aspired. Last but not least, the incorrect tilting of the head and the benefits of advancing the lower jaw for the unconscious person are discussed. The practical part is a research in which the positioning of the helper to the recovery position was performed by FBMI medical students and students without medical education from the Grammar School in Strakonice, where the angle of the head and spine rotation was measured and the patient was properly executed and manipulated. Graphs were created for these findings, which show the knowledge and success of students in performing the research task. The survey shows that most students do not know the recovery position at all, so they would not be able to provide proper first aid. Furthermore, the graphs show that only a small group of respondents actually encountered the use of the recovery position and in these cases there was a 50% probability of vomiting of the victim placed in this position.
