Prohlídka těla zemřelého v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prohlídkou těla zemřelého a vyplňováním Listu o prohlídce zemřelého v přednemocniční neodkladné péči (dále jen PNP) v České republice (dále jen ČR) a ve Spojeném království. V teoretické části se pojednává o současné problematice prohlídky těla zemřelého. Je definována smrt a její základní rozdělení. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé časné a pozdní posmrtné změny. V této části jsou uvedeny právní předpisy, které definují provedení prohlídky těla zemřelého, vyplnění Listu o prohlídce zemřelého v ČR a ve Spojeném království. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnaní vzdělávání, kompetencí, postupu a dalších podmínek prohlídky těla zemřelého ve Spojeném království ve vztahu k zákonu č. 372/2011 Sb., o zdravotních službách a vyhlášce č. 297/2012 Sb., o Listu o prohlídce zemřelého lékařem. Jsou porovnány subjekty, kteří se mohou účastnit tohoto procesu a odlišnosti v používaných postupech. Výsledkem práce je vytvoření doporučeného postup pro tuzemské nelékařské zdravotnické pracovníky v PNP za použití audiovizuální metody telemedicíny pro provedení prohlídky těla zemřelého a vyplnění Listu o prohlídce zemřelého.

This bachelor thesis deals with the examination of the body of the deceased and the completion of the Certificate of Examination of the deceased in pre-hospital emergency care (further on in this document PNP) in the Czech Republic (further on in this document the ČR) and the United Kingdom. The theoretical part deals with the current issues of examination of the body of the deceased. Death and its basic division are defined. There are also described single early and late post-mortem changes. This part contains the legal regulations that define the inspection of the body of the deceased, the completion of the Certificate on the examination of the deceased in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The practical part is focused on the comparison of education, competencies, process and other conditions of the examination of the body of the deceased in the United Kingdom in relation to Act No. 372/2011 Collection, on health services and Decree No. 297/2012 Collection, on the Certificate of examination of the deceased by a doctor. There are compared subjects that can participate in this process and the differences in the used procedures. The result of the work is the creation of a recommended procedure for domestic non-medical health professionals in PNP using the audiovisual method of telemedicine to perform an examination of the body of the deceased and fill in the Certificate of Examination of the deceased.
