Využití fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů u pacientů se subakromiálním impingementem ramenního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů u subakromiálního impingementu ramenního kloubu. V teoretické části jsou popsány anatomické poznatky o pletenci horní končetiny a ramenním kloubu. Dále je zde popsána problematika subakromiálního impingementu, diagnostické a terapeutické postupy. Praktická část obsahuje deset pacientů se subakromiálním impingementem ramenního kloubu rozdělených do dvou skupin. Na základě vstupních kineziologických rozborů je sestaven terapeutický plán k ovlivnění onemocnění, podle kterého postupuje první skupina. Druhá skupina, kontrolní, vykonává analytické cvičení a protahování zkrácených svalových skupin. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé terapie a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření všech probandů. V závěru této práce je vyhodnocení vstupních a výstupních kineziologických rozborů obou skupin pacientů, které prokazují efekt terapie.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of physiotherapeutic methods and procedures in subacromial impingement of the shoulder joint. The theoretical part describes the anatomical knowledge about the girdle of the upper limb and shoulder joint. Furthermore, the issue of subacromial impingement, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures are described here. The practical part contains ten patients with subacromial impingement of the shoulder joint divided into two groups. Based on the initial kinesiological analyzes, a therapeutic plan was compiled for influencing the disease, according to which the first group will proceed. The second group, the control group, performed analytical exercises and stretching of shortened muscle groups. Furthermore, individual therapies and final kinesiological examination of all probands are described. At the end of this work is the evaluation of input and output kinesiological analyzes of both groups of patients, which demonstrated the effect of therapy.
