Abstract

Využití techniky Time Driven Activity Based Costing pro výpočet nákladů na operaci katarakty: Time-driven actvity-based costing je metoda kalkulace nákladů na základě činností, jejíchž řídícím faktorem je čas. Tato metoda je velmi vhodná pro nehomogenní produkci a z tohoto důvodu je stále častěji využívaná pro oblast zdravotnictví. V této práci jsou pomocí dané metody vypočteny náklady na operaci katarakty pro tři různé intervence. Náklady na operaci katarakty s implantací sférické nitrooční čočky (IOL) 6 000,78 Kč. Náklady na operaci katarakty s implantací sférické IOL a následnými limbálními relaxačními incizemi umístěnými na rohovce 6 344,60 Kč a náklady na operaci katarakty s implantací torických IOL 10 514,02 Kč. Cílem práce bylo porovnat reálné náklady s úhradou od zdravotních pojišťoven. Data pro vyčíslení nákladů byla poskytnuta Centrem mikrochirurgie oka Ofta v Plzni.

The Time Driven Activity Based Costing Method for Cataract Surgery Cost Calculation: Time-driven actvity-based costing is method of calculating costs based on activities when driving factor is time. This method is very suitable for inhomogeneous production and for this reason it is increasingly used for healthcare. In this thesis we use the given method to calculate cost of cataract surgery for the different interventions. Cost of cataract surgery with implantation of spherical intraocular lens (IOL) are 6 000,78 Kč. Cost of cataract surgery with implnatation of spherical IOL and subsequent limbal relaxation incisions locate on the cornea are 6 344,60 Kč. Cost of cataract surgery with implantation of toric IOL are 10 514,02 Kč. The aim of the thesis is to compare the real costs with the payment of health insurance. The data for quantifying the costs were provided by the Eye microsurgery center Ofta in Pilsen.
