Využití výsledků vyšetření monokulární a binokulární akomodační facility v diagnostice akomodačních a vergenčních poruch

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Využití výsledků vyšetření monokulární a binokulární akomodační facility v diagnostice akomodačních a vergenčních poruch se v úvodu zabývá binokulárním viděním, akomodací a vergencí. Práce se věnuje také anatomii a fyziologii struktur oka, která je důležitá pro pochopení mechanismů akomodace a vergence. Dále je uvedena klasifikace a možnosti řešení akomodačních a vergenčních poruch. Hlavní myšlenkou této práce je popis postupů a specifik vyšetření akomodační facility za monokulárních a binokulárních podmínek. Součástí práce je popis zrakového tréninku akomodační facility využívaný k normalizaci akomodační a vergenční dynamikv. Experimentální část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na diagnostiku akomodačních a nestrabických vergenčních poruch, k jejichž vyhodnocení byla použita vyšetření disociované heteroforie, vergence, fúze a akomodace. Následně byly stanoveny hodnoty monokulární a binokulární akomodační facility s využitím akomodačního flipperu. Získané hodnoty byly vyhodnoceny a porovnány s očekávanými hodnotami u anomálií zařazených dle analytického přístupu v diagnostice akomodačně-vergenčních poruch. V závěru práce byly u 61,5 % vergenčních poruch potvrzeny očekávané hodnoty monokulární akomodační facility. Očekávané hodnoty binokulární akomodační facility se potvrdily u 73,08 % osob s vergenční poruchou. Práce poukazuje na důležitost vyšetření monokulární a binokulární akomodační facility při diagnostice nestrabických vergenčních poruch.

The bachelor thesis entitled Examination of monocular and binocular accommodation facility and the use of its results in the diagnostics of accommodation and vergence disorders in the introduction deals with binocular vision, accommodation and vergence. The paper also discusses the anotomy and physiology of the structure of the eye, which is important for understanding the mechanisms of accommodation and vergence. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on classification and management of accommodative and vergence disorders. The main idea of this bachelor thesis is to desribe the procedures and specifics of examining the accommodation facility under monocular and binocular conditions. The thesis includes a description of visual trainig of the accommodative facility used to normalize accommodative and vergence dynamics. The experimental part of the bachelor’s thesis focuses on the diagnostics of accommodative and nonstrabismic vergence disorders, for the evaluation were used the tests of dissociated heterophoria, vergence, fusion and accommodation. Subsequently, monocular and binocular accommodative facility values were determined using an accommodative flipper. The values obtained were evaluated and compared with the expected values for anomalies classified according to the analytical approach in the diagnosis of accommodative-vergence disorders. The experimental part of the study confirmed the expected values of monocular accommodative facility in 61,5 % of vergence disorders. The expected values of binocular accommodative facility were confirmed in 73,08 % of subjects with vergence disorders. The bachelor’s thesis refers to the importance of monocular and binocular accommodation facility testing in the diagnosis of nonstrabismic vergence disorders.
