Strategický plán cirkulární ekonomiky města Tábora

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá koncepty cirkulární ekonomiky a udržitelnosti a zasazuje ji do aktuálních strategických rámců. Dále definuje problematiku odpadů včetně její platné legislativy a dalších současných dokumentů. Zmíněná témata se v obecné rovině týkají zejména udržitelného růstu, což je v posledních letech ve společnosti stále více diskutované téma. Práce uvádí také vybrané myšlenkové smě-ry a teorie týkající se daných oblastí. Zpracovává také veřejně dostupná data České-ho statistického úřadu a Eurostatu a ilustruje tak stav odpadového hospodářství v České republice v porovnání se zeměmi Evropské Unie. Cílem práce je vytvořit strategický plán cirkulární ekonomiky v oblasti problema-tiky odpadů pro město Tábor a zasadit tento koncept do existujícího strategického plánu města. Vytvořený plán přitom vychází především z analýzy aktuálně platného strategického plánu města, zhodnocení současného systému odpadového hospo-dářství a opírá se o příklady dobré praxe.

This diploma thesis deals with concepts of circular economy and sustainability and places them into current strategic frameworks. It also defines the issue of waste, including its applicable legislation and other current documents. In general, the mentioned topics mainly concern sustainable growth, which has been an increas-ingly discussed topic across the society in recent years. The paper also presents se-lected lines of thought and theories related to the areas given. It also processes pu-blicly available data from the Czech Statistical Office and Eurostat and thus illustra-tes the state of waste management in the Czech Republic in comparison with the countries of the European Union. The aim of the thesis is to determine proposals for the strategic plan of the circu-lar economy in the area of the issue of waste of the city of Tábor and to insert this concept into the existing strategic plan of the city. The created plan is primarily based on an analysis of the currently valid strategic plan of the city, an evaluation of the current waste management system and on examples of good practice.
