Strategický plán rozvoje Studentské unie ČVUT

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje vytvoření strategického plánu pro Studentskou unie ČVUT, neziskovou dobrovolnickou studentskou organizací. Práce stručně popisuje oblast neziskového sektoru, dobrovolnictví a tvoření strategických plánů v tomto prostředí. Je analyzováno vnitřní a vnější prostředí organizace. V rámci vnitřního prostředí je zkoumáno především poslání, vize a hodnoty organizace a následně se analýza věnuje organizačním procesům, především marketingu, řízení vztahů s veřejností, personálním a finančním procesům. V rámci vnějšího prostředí jsou zkoumáni klienti, partneři, dodavatelé a konkurence organizace a je provedena PEST analýza. K získání dalších informací o zkoumaném prostředí je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a hloubkové rozhovory se studenty ČVUT. Všechny informace jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí SWOT analýzy IFE a EFE matice. K tvorbě variant strategií jsou použity IE a TOWS matice. Tyto varianty jsou ohodnoceny pomocí QSPM analýzy a je vybrána nejvhodnější strategie, na jejímž základě jsou stanoveny hlavní strategické cíle, dílčí cíle a implementační pravidla.

This Master's thesis aims to create a strategic plan for the Student Union of CTU, a non-profit volunteer student organization. The diploma thesis briefly describes the area of the non-profit sector, volunteering, and the creation of strategic plans in this environment. The internal and external environment of the organization is analyzed to create a strategy. The organization's mission, vision, and values are examined within the internal environment. Then the analysis is focused on the management processes, especially marketing, public relations, personnel, and financial processes. As part of the external environment, the organization's clients, partners, suppliers, and competitors are examined and the analysis is completed with a PEST analysis. To obtain additional information about the examined environment, a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with CTU students are conducted. All information is evaluated using SWOT analysis and an IFE and EFE matrix. The IE and TOWS matrices are created, which are used to create several variants of strategies. These variants are evaluated using QSPM analysis. From the results of the analyses, the most appropriate strategy was chosen and the main strategic goals, sub-goals, and implementation rules are determined.
