Mimocévní prostředí uvažujeme porézní a rigidní. Hlavním cílem této práce je řešení úlohy transportu a přestupu kontrastní látky v jednorozměrné a dvourozměrné oblasti za použití metody konečných diferencí. Přestup kontrastní látky z cévy do mimocévního prostředí a naopak bude modelován pomocí metody vnořené hranice. This bachelor thesis deals with mathematical modeling of problems arising during myocardial perfusion using the contrast agent. The description of the transport and transfer of the contrast agent from the vessel to the extravascular environment is divided into two tasks. First, the vessel is considered as a point and the extravascular environment represents a one-dimensional domain and then we focus on the one-dimensional vessel and the two-dimensional extravascular environment. For this mathematical model, the fluid is considered as Newtonian incompressible fluid and the extravascular environment is considered as porous and rigid. The main goal of this thesis is to solve the problem of transport and transfer of the contrast agent in one-dimensional and two-dimensional domains using the finite difference method. The transfer of the contrast agent from the vessel to the extravascular environment and back will be modeled by immersed boundary method.
