Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace střední umělecko-průmyslové školy v rozsahu pro stavební povolení s vybranými detaily obálky budovy. Hlavním podkladem pro vypracování této práce byla architektonická studie. Jedná se o pětipodlažní objekt, ve kterém se nachází tři nadzemní a dvě podzemní podlaží. Objekt je navržený primárně pro edukativní účely. V objektu se také nachází tělocvična, posilovna a venkovní hřiště, které budou k dispozici i pro veřejnost. Nosný systém objektu je navržený jako železobetonový monolitický skelet s prvky ocelových konstrukcí. Součástí dokumentace je také tepelně technické posouzení obalových konstrukcí, předběžný statický výpočet, návrh založení objektu a rozvody vzduchotechnické jednotky.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is precessing particular parts of documentation for high school of applied arts in the scope for a building permit with selected details of the building facade. The main basis for the elaboration of this work was an architectural study. It is a five-storey building with three above-ground and two underground floors. The building is designed primarily for educational purposes. Gym, fitness room and outdoor playground is also in the building, those will be available to the public. The load-bearing system of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic frame with elements of steel structures. The documentation also includes thermal calculations, preliminary static calculations of the loadbearing structures, design of the foundations of the building and air handling unit distributions.
