Abstract

Praha nechává zpracovat dokumentaci k UR na dokončení městského okruhu týmem dopravních inženýrů, architektů a krajinářů. Jedná se o změnu paradigmatu, kdy cílem není pouze dopravní řešení, ale propojení dopravní stavby, urbanismu a krajiny v jeden celek doplňující strukturu města. Jistou cenou za tento přístup je využití podzemí pro tunelové vedení okruhu. Na mnoha místech tak vzniká potenciál multifunkčních městských staveb. Série nový bloků může zacelit jizvu minulosti trojúhelníku ulic Primátorská a Zenklova a trasy železničního propojení Holešovice - Libeň. Uvolněním prostoru vznikají podmínky pro vybudování městské stavby s převládajícím bydlením různého charakteru, službami a obchodními prostory. Výsledkem práce bylo dopracování studie a prověření proveditelnosti. Zpracovávaná část polobloku (věž) je proveditelná a byli navrženy případné úpravy studie. Objekt byl podrobně zpracován ve směrech technického zařízení staveb, požární bezpečnosti, konstrukšního řeřeší, statického řešení a i z hlediska organizace stavby.

This is a paradigm shift, where the goal is not only a transport solution, but the connection of transport construction, urbanism and landscape into one whole complementing the structure of the city. A certain price for this approach is the use of underground for the tunnel line. In many places, this creates the potential for multifunctional urban buildings. A series of new blocks can heal the scar of the past of the triangle of Primátorská, Zenklova streets and the route of the Holešovice - Libeň railway connection. The freeing up of space creates conditions for the construction of an urban building with predominant housing of various character, services. The result of the work was the completion of the study and verification of feasibility. The processed part of the half-block (tower) is feasible and possible modifications of the study have been proposed. The building was elaborated in detail in the directions of technical equipment of buildings, fire safety, structural solutions, static solutions and also in terms of construction organization.
