Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje stanovení nákladů pro položky 3D tisku z betonu nosných nadzákladových zdí. V teoretické části je kladen důraz na objasnění pojmů a principů v oblasti 3D tisku z betonu, přičemž hlavní pozornost je věnována popisu základních technologií a dále se zabývá cenovou kalkulací a vysvětluje pojmy cenotvorby, dělení nákladů a kalkulačního vzorce. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na alokaci nákladů spojených s tvorbou nosných zdí pomocí technologie 3D tisku z betonu, tvorbu kalkulačního vzorce pro jednotlivé položky stavby, určení jejich kalkulační jednice, dále pak aplikace na případové studii projektu Plynárenská a identifikování poměrového zastoupení jednotlivých složek nákladů.

This paper focuses on the costing methodology for 3D printing items in concrete superstructure bearing walls. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the concepts and principles in the field of 3D printing from concrete, with the main focus on describing the basic technologies, and then discusses costing and explains the concepts of pricing, cost sharing and costing formula. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the allocation of costs associated with the creation of load-bearing walls using 3D printing technology from concrete, the creation of a costing formula for individual items of construction, the determination of their costing unit, and the application to a case study of the Plynárenská project and the identification of the proportional representation of the individual cost components.
