Tento přístup vede k efektivnějšímu využití stavebních prvků/materiálů při demolicích nebo dekonstrukci.; The aim of this diploma thesis is to design, develop, and test software that automates the Scan-to-BIM process. This process involves segmentation of point clouds and recognition of 3D entities. The proposed solution incorporates a segmentation algorithm based on point cloud density analysis, further enhanced by image and morphological operations. The developed solution is capable of extracting the geometry of building elements such as ceiling slabs, walls, windows, and doors, and generate output in the IFC format, thereby ensuring compatibility with other software tools. The motivation for automating the conversion of point cloud data into a 3D BIM model stems from the need for more straightforward and efficient decision-making at the end of a building's life cycle. Using digitized building models would lead to a more efficient decomposition and reuse of building elements/materials.

Použití zjednodušených FFT algoritmů pro měření v terénu pomocí DIC; Use of lightweight FFT-based algorithms for remote measurements using DIC

Sestrojené zařízení může významně pomoci s dlouhodobým monitoringem stavebních konstrukcí, a především může poskytovat data v reálném čase.; The bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of displacements and deformations using the non-contact digital image correlation (DIC) method. The first part of the work is theoretical and compares contact and contactless methods of measuring displacements and deformations. The digital image correlation (DIC) method and its algorithms are thoroughly described, especially those that use the fast Fourier transform. The principles of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the MQTT protocol, which will be used in device design, are also described. In the practical part, a device operating on a Raspberry Pi industrial computer for measuring the contactless DIC method is constructed and programmed. The code for device is written in the python programming language. Two modes can be set on the device: online mode for current data evaluation with information transfer via MQTT protocol and offline mode used for retrospective evaluation. Subsequently, validation of the device and experimental measurements in the field are performed. The designed equipment can significantly help with long-term monitoring of building structures, and above all it can provide real-time data.

Analýza vybraných fyzikálních a matematických vlivů na přesnost pozemního laserového skenování; Analysis of selected physical and mathematical influences on the accuracy of terrestrial laser scanning
Jindřich Brzobohatý
Práce představuje ucelený obecný teoretický popis vybraných matematických a fyzikálních aspektů ovlivňujících přesnost měření pozemním laserovým skenerem. Testování proběhlo na datech rovinných ploch, které byly zaměřeny ve spolupráci s firmou Exact Control System a. s.; This thesis presents a general theoretical description of selected mathematical and physical aspects which influence the accuracy of terrestrial laser scanner measurements. In particular, the influence of the reflection from the inclined or rough surfaces on the measured distance is discussed. This is followed by formulas for evaluation of the influence of an inhomogeneous atmosphere on the measurement of angles and distances are presented. The practical part is focused on testing processing methods in Matlab. The registration algorithms Iterative Closest Point (ICP), Coherent Point Drift (CPD), and Normal-distributions Transform (NDT) are tested and the usability for the final transformation of point clouds onto reference points is analyzed. The last chapter presents a method of calculating the transformation key using nonlinear optimization. Data for the practical part were measured in collaboration with the company Exact Control System, Inc.

Popsaná metoda může výrazným způsobem napomoci k redukci finančních nákladů na mechanické kalibrace zmíněné chyby.; This thesis proposes an effective calibration process of suppressing the undesirable influence of the systematic vertical index error of the spatial terrestrial optical scanner, which is very easy to apply in practice. Firstly, possible designs of spatial optical scanners are presented. Next, a general error model and measurement procedure with the spatial optical scanner is described. Consequently, a calibration and numerical calculation procedure is proposed, which is confirmed on experimental data. These were obtained in collaboration with company Exact Control System, Inc. The described method can significantly reduce financial costs of mechanical calibration of the mentioned vertical index error.
