Na závěr byl porovnán výskyt a směr hlavního tahového napětí v modelu s polohou trhlin in situ.; The work deals with the determination of the condition of the historical structure with photographic documentation and drawing of cracks. Subsequently, a static computer model was created. Elastic boundary conditions were introduced in the model and adjusted so that the resulting stresses matched the observed cracks. The model of the floor structure also had to be adjusted depending on the difference between the actual and model dimensions. Material characteristics and loads were calculated according to the standards. The maximum imposed loads was determined according to the maximum load capacity of the ceilings. Finally, the occurrence and direction of the main tensile stress in the model was compared with the position of the cracks in situ.

The chapter 1 briefly describes the term artificial intelligence, its current development and a summary of the materials research methods currently utilized for the reconstruction of material morphology. Chapter 2 explains the principle of neural networks used for data classification, different types of network layers, and the effect of their hyper-parameters on the training and testing efficenecy of the model. Furthermore, this chapter describes the statistical and physical descriptors served as error measures of reconstructions algorithms. The last chapter deals with the actual reconstruction of the concrete sample. It describes how to find the optimal model architecture, and the result of reconstruction obtained for the best model.

Výsledky získané pomocí polynomiálního náhradního modelu jsou následně porovnány s výsledky získané metodou Monte Carlo.; Many significant factors must be considered while designing the structure with respect to its reliability. It requires the quantification of uncertainties associated with all relevant elements, including outside factors as well as material properties or parameters of geometry. The goal of this study is to evaluate and analyze several approaches to substituting the mechanical model of the structure with its polynomial approximation to reduce the computing cost of the uncertainty analysis. The computing cost grows rapidly with the number of random input parameters due to the increasing complexity of full polynomial expansion (a large number of terms that must be computed). To deal with this issue, the work presents a way for speeding up the polynomial approximation computation. A linear regression based on the Latin Hypercube Sampling approach was employed here to build a polynomial chaos-based surrogate. A hyperbolic criterion is employed to reduce the polynomial complexity and thus computational requirements for its construction. To quantify the uncertainty in the response of a structural model, its mean and variance are then computed analytically using the orthogonality of polynomial chaos expansion. The outcomes obtained by the polynomial surrogate model are then compared with the Monte Carlo-based approach.
