Tento přístup vede k efektivnějšímu využití stavebních prvků/materiálů při demolicích nebo dekonstrukci.; The aim of this diploma thesis is to design, develop, and test software that automates the Scan-to-BIM process. This process involves segmentation of point clouds and recognition of 3D entities. The proposed solution incorporates a segmentation algorithm based on point cloud density analysis, further enhanced by image and morphological operations. The developed solution is capable of extracting the geometry of building elements such as ceiling slabs, walls, windows, and doors, and generate output in the IFC format, thereby ensuring compatibility with other software tools. The motivation for automating the conversion of point cloud data into a 3D BIM model stems from the need for more straightforward and efficient decision-making at the end of a building's life cycle. Using digitized building models would lead to a more efficient decomposition and reuse of building elements/materials.

Práce představuje ucelený obecný teoretický popis vybraných matematických a fyzikálních aspektů ovlivňujících přesnost měření pozemním laserovým skenerem. Testování proběhlo na datech rovinných ploch, které byly zaměřeny ve spolupráci s firmou Exact Control System a. s.; This thesis presents a general theoretical description of selected mathematical and physical aspects which influence the accuracy of terrestrial laser scanner measurements. In particular, the influence of the reflection from the inclined or rough surfaces on the measured distance is discussed. This is followed by formulas for evaluation of the influence of an inhomogeneous atmosphere on the measurement of angles and distances are presented. The practical part is focused on testing processing methods in Matlab. The registration algorithms Iterative Closest Point (ICP), Coherent Point Drift (CPD), and Normal-distributions Transform (NDT) are tested and the usability for the final transformation of point clouds onto reference points is analyzed. The last chapter presents a method of calculating the transformation key using nonlinear optimization. Data for the practical part were measured in collaboration with the company Exact Control System, Inc.

V závěru práce jsou výsledky výpočtu průhybu kapalinové čočky s konstantní tloušťkou porovnány s experimentálním měřením.; The thesis presents the theory of axisymmetric slabs with variable thickness, with or without the influence of shear deformation, for small deflections, and the theory of axisymmetric membranes with constant and variable thickness for very large deflections. These theories are then applied on examples of self-weight deflection of optical lenses and deflection of a pressure actuated membrane liquid lens by means of various numerical methods. Furthermore, the problem of optimization of the membrane thickness to get the prescribed deformed shape after applying constant pressure is discussed. In the last part of this thesis, the results of numerical calculation of the constant thickness membrane deflection are compared with experimentally measured values on a real specimen.

Jsou také odvozeny a uvedeny základní vztahy pro popis gaussovských svazků které jsou emitovány většinou laserů.; This thesis presents fundamental equations of electromagnetic field and focuses on its properties based on its characteristic vectors. There are also described and derived fundamental relations for diffraction on flat screen with circular or rectangular aperture. General equations describing diffraction using scalar or vector wave field are shown. Gaussian beams, the fundamental of almost all lasers, are derived from wave equation using simple predictions.
