Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou noční myopie. Tématu předchází anatomie a fyziologie oka, vyšetřování zrakových funkcí, refrakční vady, jejich rozdělení a korekce. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány noční myopii, příčinám jejího vzniku a projevům, které ji provází, dále pak možnostem korekce a jejich výhodám. Jedna kapitola je věnována dalším typům myopie. Experimentální části se zúčastnilo 50 probandů, na kterých byl naměřen refrakční deficit za mezopických podmínek.
The work deals with the issue of nocturnal myopia. The topic is preceded by the anatomy and physiology of the eye, examination of visual functions, refractive errors, their division and correction. The following chapters are devoted to nocturnal myopia, the causes of its occurrence and the manifestations that accompany it, as well as the possibilities of correction and their benefits. One chapter is devoted to other types of myopia. The experimental part was attended by 50 probands, on which the refractive deficit was measured under mesopic conditions.
