Komunitní centrum pro seniory, Bělčice

Abstract

Novostavba komunitního centra pro seniory je situována na pozemku sousedícím s náměstím města Bělčice. Budova má 3 nadzemní podlaží a je rozdělena do 3 výškových úrovní, čímž reaguje na mírně svažitý pozemek Komunikace s okolím je zajištěna hlavním vstupem z náměstí a bočním průjezdem. Objekt je funkčně rozdělen na dvě části. Severní část je vyhrazena pro veřejné prostory a denní stacionář, jižní křídlo budovy tvoří obytná sekce.New building of community center is situated on a land near to the Bělčice square. The building consists of 3 floors and is divided into 3 height levels, which reacts to sloping land. Communication with the surroundings is possible by the main entrance from the square and side passage from the Blatenská street. The building is functionally divided into two parts. The northern part is used for public spaces and day care center. The southern part has residential function.
