Abstract
Tématem předkládané diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti EKOSPOL a.s. Cílem mé diplomové práce je stanovit odhad tržní hodnoty společnosti EKOSPOL a.s. k 1. červnu 2017 pro případného externího investora za účelem koupě blíže neuvedeného podílu společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, ve které je představena jak teorie, tak praktická aplikace informací týkajících se oceňování podniku, strategické analýzy, finanční analýzy, finančního plánování a samotného procesu určení hodnoty společnosti.
The topic of the submitted diploma thesis is the determination of the value of the company EKOSPOL a.s. The aim of my diploma thesis is to determine the market value of EKOSPOL a.s. on June 1, 2017 for an eventual external investor to buy a non-subscribed share of the company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part in which both theory and practical application of information on business valuation, strategic analysis, financial analysis, financial planning and the process of determining the value of the company are presented.
