Abstract
Témou diplomovej práce je mestský nájomný bytový dom na zadanej parcele na nároží ulíc Křižíkova a Šaldova v Karlíne. Začlenenie návrhu do kontextu a blokovej štruktúry Karlína. Hlavným obsahom sú mestské nájomné byty a menšina bytov určená k predaji. Téma reaguje na dnešný trhom určovaný štandart bývania a nedostatkom dostupnosti bytov. Hľadanie optimálneho dôstojného štandartu bytov a ďalších vlastností mestského nájomného domu.
The topic of the diploma thesis is a city rental apartment house on the given plot at the corner of Křižíkova and Šaldova Streets in Karlín quarter. Inclusion of the proposal project into the context and block structure of Karlin. The rental apartments and a smaller part of the apartments for sale represent the main content of the thesis. The theme reacts to currant standard of housing and a lack of availability of apartments which is determined by the market. Searching for optimal worthy standard of apartments and other features of a city rental apartment house.
