Fyzioterapeutická intervence s účelem celkového zlepšení rovnováhy u pacientky s myelitidou nejasné etiologie

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je přiblížení tématu fyzioterapeutické intervence u pediatrického pacienta po prodělání myelitidy nejasné etiologie s cílem zlepšení rovnováhy. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie mozečku, jeho možné poruchy a vyšetření. Dále pak charakteristické rysy myelitidy, její rozdělení, diagnostika, terapeutické řešení a případné následky. Kapitola metodologie uvádí a popisuje veškeré vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které byly využity v průběhu společných terapií. Ve speciální části práce je zpracována konkrétní kazuistika, podrobné vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a jednotlivé individuální terapeutické jednotky. Porovnáním vstupních a výstupních hodnot je objektivně zhodnocen efekt terapie. Diskuze je věnována porovnání dostupných informací, ale také vlastním zkušenostem získaných při zpracovávání bakalářské práce.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is to approach the topic of physiotherapeutic intervention in a pediatric patient after undergoing myelitis of unclear etiology in order to improve balance. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of the cerebellum, its possible disorders and examinations. Furthermore, the characteristic features of myelitis, its classification, diagnosis, therapeutic solution and possible consequences. The methodology chapter lists and describes all the examination and therapeutic procedures that were used during the joint therapies. The special part of the work deals with specific case studies, detailed entrance and exit examinations and individual individual therapeutic units. The effect of therapy is objectively evaluated by comparing input and output values. The discussion is devoted to the comparison of available information, but also to the own experience gained during the elaboration of the bachelor thesis.
