Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým řešením výstavby bytového domu v ulici U Krčského nádraží, Praha 4. Autor posuzuje úplnost a správnost předané projektové dokumentace, zabývá se prostorovou, technologickou a časovou strukturou stavby. Navrhuje řešení zařízení staveniště pro čtyři rozhodující fáze výstavby a navrhuje dva technologické postupy prací pro vybrané stavební procesy. Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout optimální řešení postupu výstavby spolu s nasazením vhodného počtu strojů a pracovníků v přijatelném čase.This diploma thesis focuses on the construction technology solution for the construction of an apartment building in the street U Krčského nádraží, Prague 4. The author assesses the completeness and accuracy of the submitted project documentation, deals with the spatial, technological and temporal structure of the building. It solves the design of building site equipment for four main phases of construction and proposes two technological procedures for selected work processes. The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose an optimal solution for the construction process together with the deployment of an appropriate number of machines and workers in an acceptable time.
