Měření a hodnocení hybnosti ruky pro objektivizaci výsledků zrcadlové terapie

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá účinky zrcadlové terapie na hybnost ruky u pacientů po po-škození mozku. Hlavním cílem práce je navržení systému pro snímání pohybu, který spolehlivě změří i drobné pohyby ruky a tyto pohyby neovlivní. Pro ověření účinků zrca-dlové terapie jsou v práci navrhnuty pohybové úlohy, které reflektují pohyby rukou v normálním životě. Na těchto úlohách byly, na skupině 20 pacientů a 20 zdravých kon-trol, ověřeny hypotézy o pozitivních účincích zrcadlové terapie při rehabilitaci po poškození mozku. Naměřená data byla zpracována a vyhodnocena pomocí programo-vého prostředí MATLAB. K otestování normality byl použit Shapiro-Wilkův test a k vyhodnocení neparametrický dvouvýběrový Wilcoxonův test a parametrický dvouvý-běrový t-test. Na základě výsledků se nepodařilo potvrdit pozitivní účinky zrcadlové terapie ani v jedné z úloh.The bachelor thesis concerns effects of the Mirror therapy to a hand movement of patients recovering from brain damage. The main aim of the thesis is to develop a motion capture system that reliably measures even small hand movements while not affecting them. For the purpose of verifying effects of the Mirror therapy the work designs movement exercises that reflect common hand movements. The hypothesis is that mirror therapy has a positive effect on patients recovering from brain damage. These hypotheses were veri-fied on group of 20 patients and 20 healthy control subjects. Recorded data were processed and evaluated through program environment MATLAB. The Shapiro-Wilk test for normality testing and nonparametric two-choice Wilcoxon test and parametric two-choice t-test have been used for evaluation. Results have failed to confirm positive effects of the Mirror therapy in either of the tasks.
