Bezkartáčový stejnosměrný trakční motor 13 kW s permanentními magnety

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout bezkartáčový stejnosměrný trakční motor 13 kW s permanentními magnety jako alternativu k asynchronnímu motoru stejného výkonu, provést simulaci funkce stroje, analyzovat vypočtená data. K danému účelu měl být použit program Maxwell3D od společnosti Ansoft. Návrh byl proveden úpravou rotoru asynchronního motoru dle skript [4], protože bakalářský studijní plán nezahrnuje problematiku návrhu točivých strojů. Úprava rotoru byla provedena záměnou klecového vinutí za rotor s permanentními magnety. Statorová konstrukce zůstala stejná. Následně byly porovnány parametry navržených motorů a provedeny simulace funkce stroje v programu Maxwell3D.The Objective of this bachelor's degree project was propose the brushless DC traction motor 13 kW with permanent magnets as an alternative to the induction machine same power, simulate behaviour of a machine, analyze calculated data. On purpose should be used program Maxwell3D from the company Ansoft. Design was made as change rotor of the induction machine according to script [4], because bachelor's studying plan doesn't include information about design of rotating machines. Adjustment of the rotor was made as substitution of cage winding for rotor with permanent magnets. The stator structure remains the same. Then the data of design motors were compared and the simulation of function machine was made in program Maxwell3D.
