Návrh nízko napěťového paralelního bandgapu

Abstract

Cíl diplomové práce je návrh dvou bandgap napěťových referencí, s rozdílným řešením diferenčního páru operačního zesilovače a porovnání jejich vlastností. Vše bude zhotoveno v CMOS technologii.The goal of this thesis is design of bandgap voltage reference with two different solutions in differential pair and compare their properties. All will be made in CMOS technology.
