Konverze bývalého cukrovaru v Lázních Toušeň

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh konverze bývalého cukrovaru v Lázních Toušeň. Areál se nachází téměř na kraji obce, v těsné blízkosti řeky Labe. Dnes je komplex bývalého cukrovaru využíván filmovými ateliéry a práškovou lakovnou. Vzhledem ke své velikosti areálu je zde jedna z největších pecí v ČR. Zbytek areálu je veřejnosti uzavřen a je tak nevyužitý jeho potenciál. K nepřístupnosti území napomáhá z jižní strany vysoká zeď a ze severní strany bývala vlečka se svahem s vzrostlými stromy směrem k řece. Práce navazuje na urbanistický koncept vypracovaný v rámci předdiplomního projektu (ateliér magisterský 2 v zimním semestru). V rámci tohoto projektu bylo důležitým aspektem zachováním autentičnosti daného místa a propojení/začlenění tohoto areálu do struktury obce. Otevření areálu pro veřejnost, vytvoření nových potenciálu a pracovních míst. Hlavní součást tvoří stávající budova cukrovaru. Budova má velkorysé prostory a tak při návrhu bylo využito potenciálu zdejších lázní, které jsou kapacitně nedostačující a byl zde vytvořen lázeňský komplex. Důležitým aspektem pro tuto diplomovou práci je zcela jistě zachování autenticity objektu. Novými budovami došlo ke zjemnění měřítka celého areálu. Vytvořením nové vlakové zastávky naproti bývalému cukrovaru bude sloužit k většímu pohybu lidí. Pro návrh bylo také důležité otevření areálu pro veřejnost a zpřístupnit ho, proto byly vytvořeny pobytové schody směrem k řece Labe a cyklostezce. Nově navržené budovy jsou zřetelně rozeznatelné od stávající budovy jak materiálově tak konstrukčně. Objekt stávající budovy našel své nové uplatnění a nachází se v něm mnoho nových prostorů navazující na lázeňský provoz. Byly zde vybudovány bazény, sauny, koupele, poradenství, fitness, bowling, ubytování, restaurační provozy, kavárna, obchod, prodejna kol, která je přilehlá k cyklostezce.The subject of the diploma thesis is the proposal for the conversion of the former sugar factory in resort Toušeň. The area is located almost on the outskirts of the village, in close nearness to the Elbe river. Today, the complex of the former sugar factory is used by film studios and a powder coating plant. Due to the size of the area, it is one of the largest furnaces in the Czech Republic. The rest of the area is closed to the public and its potential is thus not used. The inaccessibility of the area is helped by a high wall on the south side and a former siding with a slope with mature trees towards the river on the north side. The work connects the urban concept developed as part of the pre-diploma project (master's studio 2 in the winter semester). Within the framework of this project, an important aspect was the preservation of the authenticity of the given place and the integration of this area into the structure of the village. The proposal also takes into account the opening of the site to the public, the creation of new potential and jobs. The main part is the existing sugar factory building. The building has generous spaces, so the design used the potential of the local spas, which are insufficient in capacity, and a spa complex was created here. An important aspect for this thesis is certainly the preservation of the object's authenticity. The new buildings softened the scale of the entire area. The increase movement of people will be enabled by creating a new train stop opposite the former sugar factory. Opening the area to the public and making it accessible was also important for the design, which is why residential stairs were created towards the river Elbe and the cycle path. The newly designed buildings are clearly distinguishable from the existing building both materially and structurally. The object of the existing building has found its new use and there are many new spaces connected to the spa operation. Swimming pools, saunas, baths, counseling, fitness, bowling, accommodation, restaurant operations, a cafe, a shop, a bicycle shop, which is adjacent to the cycle path, were built here.
