Ukázka návrhu a tvorby aplikace v prostředí Salesforce

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá implementací ukázkové aplikace rezervačního systému v Salesforce. Jejím cílem je ukázat celý proces tvorby jednoduchého prototypu rezervačního systému od jeho počátku až po konec. V rešeršní části jsou definovány důležité pojmy počínaje tím, co to je obecný informační systém, přes prozkoumání vybraných existujících řešení na trhu, až po představení konkrétního systému Salesforce. Dále je analyzováno obecné zadání s požadavky na systém, na základě nichž jsou navrženy funkcionality, jež mají být pomocí aplikace vykonávány. V praktické části je cíleno na podrobný popis postupu tvorby systému v Salesforce, který vychází z~definovaných požadavků předchozí části. Ukazuje na konkrétních příkladech, jak řešit jednotlivé problémy. Výstupem práce je návod, jak postupovat při vývoji systému ve vybraném nástroji.This thesis deals with the implementation of a sample reservation system in Salesforce. It aims to show the whole process of creating a simple prototype of the booking system from start to finish. In the theoretical part, important concepts are defined, starting with what a general information system is, through exploring the different existing solutions on the market, to the introduction of the specific Salesforce system. Next, the general specification is analysed with the requirements for the system and based on them, the functionalities to be performed by the application are proposed. Based on the defined requirements in the previous section, the practical part focuses on a detailed description of the process of creating the system in Salesforce. It shows with concrete examples how to solve each problem. The output of the work is a guide on how to proceed with the development of a system in the selected tool.
