Abstract
Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je návrh a realizácia robotickej bunky spolu s koncepčným riešením priemyselného manipulátora. Robotická bunka obsahuje priemyselného robota so 6 osami a dopravníkový systém. Úlohou priemyselného robota je nahradiť operátora výroby, pri balení hotových výrobkov do baliacich vozíkov. Výrobky sú polyvinylchloridové kanalizačné rúry v priemeroch 110 až 160 milimetrov a v intervale dĺžok 1 až 5 metrov.
The aim of bachelor thesis is the design and realization of robotic cell, as well as conceptual solution of industrial robot. Robotic cell consist of a 6 axis industrial robot and conveyor system. The task of industrial robot is to replace production operator in the process of packaging finished products to packaging trolleys. Products are PVC sewage pipes in diameters from 110 milimeters to 160 milimeters and in length from 1 meter to 5 meters.
