Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací konstrukčního řešení novostavby prodejny zahradní a zemědělské techniky, náhradních dílů a servisu. Práce se věnuje výběru vhodného konstrukčního systému prodejní budovy, skladby obvodových stěn, podlah, zastřešení a odvodňovacího systému na základě statických výpočtů nosného systému a porovnání technických parametrů a cen materiálů. Následně byla vypracována projektová dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení společně s technickou zprávou.
The thesis describes the optimalization of a design solution for the development of a garden and agricultural equipment shop, spare parts and service. Selection of the appropriate construction system of the shop, perimeter wall structure, the floors, the roofing and the drainage system based on static calculations of the support system and the comparison of the technical parameters and material prices are described. Finally, the project documentation for construction permit and the technical report were prepared.
