Abstract
Projekt pojednává prostor mezi panelovými domy a komerčními budovami u terminálu metra linky C Háje. Cílem návrhu je zjednodušit a zpřehlednit řešené území, zlepšit jeho prostupnost, sjednotit rozmanité skupiny uživatelů frekventovaného území příležitostmi ke komunitním aktivitám a podpoření identity místa. Bakalářská práce je zpřesnění a dopracování studie do úrovně odpovídající dokumentaci pro stavební řízení a realizaci stavby.
The project redesigns the space between panel residential houses and commercial buildings by the terminus station Háje of metro line C. The proposal intends to simplify the area, make it more organised, improve its permeability, unite diverse groups of users of this frequented area with opportunities for community activities, and support the identity of the place. The bachelor's thesis is a refinement and completion of the design study to a level corresponding to the documentation for construction management and construction implementation.
