Adaptace stavebního trhu na certifikaci LEED V4.1

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumat míru, do jaké se stavební odvětví dokázalo přizpůsobit nové verzi Certifikace LEED v4.1 a přijmout nové standardy a postupy, které tato aktualizovaná verze přináší. Teoretická část je věnována Certifikaci LEED obecně, od jejích cílů přes hodnotící kategorie až po samotný certifikační proces. Také je zde představen kredit Low-Emitting Materials a změny, ke kterým v nové verzi tohoto kreditu došlo. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na aplikaci teoretických poznatků v praxi a na samotné vyhodnocení míry adaptace stavebního trhu. Hlavní náplní této části je kompletní zpracování vybraného kreditu, závěrečné zhodnocení a diskuse ke zjištěným faktům. Dále jsou zde formulována doporučení pro stavební firmy, projektanty a ostatní účastníky stavebního trhu, jak se efektivně přizpůsobit novým požadavkům certifikace LEED v4.1 a využít je ve prospěch svých projektů.The main objective of this thesis is to examine the extent to which the building industry has been able to adapt to the new version of LEED v4.1 certification and adopt the new standards and practices that this updated version brings. The theoretical part is devoted to LEED Certification in general, from its objectives, through the assessment categories, to the certification process itself. I will introduce the Low-Emitting Materials credit and the changes that have occurred in the new version of this credit. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the application of theoretical knowledge in practice and on the evaluation of the degree of adaptation of the construction market. The key element of this part is the complete processing of the chosen credit, as well as the final evaluation and discussion of the findings. It also provides recommendations for construction companies, designers, and other construction market participants on how to effectively adapt to the new LEED v4.1 certification requirements and use them to benefit their projects.
