Hasičská zbrojnice - Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je součástí větších urbanistických změn města Mladá Boleslav, a to především v okolí výrobního závodu Škoda auto. Naše předdiplomová práce nemá návaznost na hasičskou zbrojnici. Projekt se zabývá návrhem hasičské zbrojnice s administrativní částí pro Škoda auto a město Mladá Boleslav. Stavba je umístěna na severním okraji Mladé Boleslavi, v přímé návaznosti na areál Škoda auto. Návrh počítá se specifickými požadavky, které jsou kladeny na provoz hasičské zbrojnice. Zásadním prvkem návrhu je zachování industriálního jednotného stylu, čisté hmoty, zkvalitnění vnitřního klima budovy a její uzavření do sebe samé. Z minimalistického tvaru kvádru vyčnívá pouze hasičská věž, která odkazuje na staré zvonice a měla by být orientačním prvkem ve městě. Ve stavbě se potkávají tři hlavní provozy: hasiči, bezpečnost a veřejnost. Konstrukční systém je skeletový, železobetonový a obvodové konstrukce jsou navrženy v pasivním standardu.The topic of the diploma thesis is a part of big urban changes in the city of Mladá Boleslav, especially in the vicinity of the Škoda auto production plant. Our undergraduate work is not related to the fire station. The project deals with the design of a fire station with an administrative part for Škoda Auto and the city of Mladá Boleslav. The building is located on the northern edge of Mladá Boleslav in direct connection to the Škoda auto complex. The project takes into account the specific requirements that are placed on the operation of the fire station. An essential element of the design is to preserve the industrial unified style, clean matter, improve the internal climate of the building and it´s self-closure. Only the fire tower stands out from the minimalist shape of the cube, which refers to the old bell tower and should be the orientation point of the city. In the construction, there are three main operations: firefighters, security and the public. There is a skeletal reinforced concrete construction system. The perimeter structures are designed in a passive standard.
