Návrh rekultivace skládky komunálního odpadu Libínské Sedlo

Abstract

Do roku 2030 dojde na území České republiky k postupnému uzavření dosud fungujících zařízení skládek. Po konci jejich aktivity vznikne v krajině nevyužívané území pozbývající funkčnosti a účelnosti, tzv. brownfield. V první části této práce byla nastíněna tématika brownfieldů v termínech jejich možných definicí, historie či základního rozdělení. Opětovné navrácení funkce brownfieldu se zpravidla provádí procesem tzv. rekultivace, jejíž principy byly v této práci popsány i s ukázkou již realizovaných projektů na českém území i v zahraničí. V druhé části této práce došlo na základě poskytnutých materiálů k popisu lokality skládky Libínské Sedlo. Tato znalost pomohla zpracovat územní návrhy využití plochy skládky, které byly dále zužitkovány pro specifické řešení rekultivace po konci užívání skládky. Vhodnost jednotlivých řešení byla hodnocena multikriteriální analýzou pomocí kritérií za užití bodové evaluace na stupnici od 0 do 5. Závěrem došlo k porovnání obdrženého počtu bodů daného řešení vzhledem k určeným kritériím, kde bylo přihlédnuto k subjektivnímu posouzení, ale i stanovisku Městského úřadu Prachatice.By 2030, Czechia will be affected by the gradual closure of existing landfill facilities. After the end of their activity, an unused area will occur in the landscape that is no longer functional and useful, the so-called brownfield. In the first part of this work the topic of brownfields was outlined in terms of their possible definitions, history or basic classification. Re-establishing the function of a brownfield is usually done through the process of reclamation which principles have been described in this thesis, together with examples of projects already implemented in Czechia and abroad. In the second part of this work, a description of the Libínské Sedlo landfill site was made on the basis of the provided materials. This knowledge helped to develop landfill land use proposals, which were further used for specific reclamation solutions after the end of landfill use. The suitability of the individual solutions was evaluated by a multi-criteria analysis using a point evaluation on a scale from 0 to 5. Finally, the scores of the solutions were compared to the criteria, taking into account the subjective assessment and the opinion of the Prachatice Municipal Authority.
