Vliv oslnění na zrakové funkce

Abstract

Práce se zaměřuje na vliv oslnění na zrakové funkce a to konkrétně zrakovou ostrost a kontrastní citlivost. Vliv oslnění je zde zkoumán ve dvou situacích a to za situace bez předchozí adaptace na tmu a za situace, kdy již došlo k adaptaci na tmu. Dále popisuje proces adaptace lidského oka na různé světelné podmínky a také anatomické struktury oka, které se na adaptaci podílí. V praktické části byly porovnány výsledky 20 probandů v oblasti zrakové ostrosti a kontrastní citlivost před a po oslnění. Předem stanovené hypotézy předpokládající zhoršení zrakových funkcí nebyly prokázány.The thesis focuses on the impact of glare on visual functions, specifically visual acuity and contrast sensitivity. The effect of glare is examined in two scenarios: one without prior dark adaptation and one after dark adaptation has occurred. The thesis also describes the process of the human eye's adaptation to different lighting conditions, as well as the eye structures involved in this process. In the practical part, the results of 20 participants were compared in terms of visual acuity and contrast sensitivity before and after exposure to glare. The pre-defined hypotheses assuming a deterioration of visual functions were not confirmed.
