Využití nástrojů BIM pro tvorbu výkazu výměr

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím nástrojů BIM, konkrétně softwaru Autodesk Revit při tvorbě výkazu výměr. Cílem práce je porovnat automatizovanou metodu výpočtu výměr prostřednictvím parametrického modelu s tradičním ručním výpočtem na základě projektové dokumentace. Teoretická část představuje vývoj a principy informačního modelování staveb (BIM), vybrané softwarové nástroje a metody tvorby výkazů výměr. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní projekt administrativní budovy Palmovka Park III, kde byly analyzovány a porovnávány výsledky výkazů pro vybrané konstrukční prvky. Výsledky ukazují, že při správně připraveném modelu lze výkazy výměr v Revitu považovat za spolehlivý nástroj, avšak jejich použití vyžaduje zkušenost s prostředím a pochopením způsobu práce s parametry. Diskutovány jsou také výhody a omezení jednotlivých metod.This bachelor thesis deals with the use of BIM tools, specifically Autodesk Revit software, in the creation of Bills of Quantities. The aim of the thesis is to compare the automated method of quantity calculation through a parametric model with the traditional manual calculation based on project documentation. The theoretical part introduces the development and principles of Building Information Modelling (BIM), selected software tools and methods of creating Bills of Quantities. The practical part focuses on a specific project of the Palmovka Park III. office building, where the results for selected structural elements were analysed and compared. The results show that with a properly prepared model, the Bills of Quantities in Revit can be considered a reliable tool, however, their use requires experience with the environment, and an understanding of how to work with the parameters. The advantages and limitations of each method are also discussed.
