Finanční a nefinanční analýza společnosti Global Travel, s.r.o.

Abstract

Předmětem dané diplomové práce je provedení finanční a nefinanční analýzy vybraného podniku Global Travel, s. r. o. Cílem je podrobně se seznámit s fungováním, řízením a provozem firmy a tržního segmentu, ve kterém podnik působí. Následně vyhodnotit, jak účinně podnik využívá své zdroje a jak je konkurenceschopný na trhu. Teoretická část je rozdělená na dvě části. V první jsou popsány absolutní a poměrové ukazatele a bankrotní a bonitní modely pro hodnocení finanční stránky podniku. Druhá část obsahuje nefinanční ukazatele pro měření výkonnosti podniku. Praktická část aplikuje uvedené nástroje na cílový subjekt. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy a postřehy na zvýšení výkonnosti podniku.The objective of this diploma thesis is to perform financial and non-financial analysis of the selected company Global Travel, Ltd. using various ratios. The reason for choosing the topic is to get acquainted with the functioning, management and operation of the company and the market segment in which the company operates. Then evaluate how efficiently the company uses its resources and how competitive it is on the market. The theoretical part is divided into two parts. The first part describes the absolute and ratio indicators, bankruptcy and creditworthy models for evaluating the financial side of the company. The second part contains non-financial indicators for measuring business performance. The practical part applies these tools to the target subject. In conclusion there are suggestions and observations to improve the performance of the company.
