Intervence v rámci komprehenzivní rehabilitace u dítěte s Downovým syndromem po převzetí do pěstounské péče

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komprehenzivní rehabilitaci u dítěte s Downovým syndromem, toho času v pěstounské péči. V teoretické části je popsán Downův syndrom a další onemocnění, která se s ním pojí. Dále je zmíněna anatomie orofaciální oblasti a její patologie spjaté s Downovým syndromem. Následuje popis mentální retardace a možné přístupy, které lze využít. Poté je charakterizována ústavní péče a pěstounská péče v České republice. Závěr teoretické části tvoří komprehenzivní rehabilitace se zaměřením na psychoterapii mentálně retardovaných osob, jemná motorika a také způsoby komunikace osob s mentální retardací, ale i jejich komunikace se zdravou populací. Následuje metodika, kde jsou popsány fyzioterapeutické postupy a metody, které jsou použity ve speciální části. Tato část se zabývá kazuistikou desetileté dívky s Downovým syndromem, s níž bylo pracováno za pomoci fyzioterapeutických postupů popsaných v metodice. Výsledky zhodnocují progres mezi vstupním a výstupním vyšetřením, detailněji pak budou zhodnoceny v rámci diskuze.The bachelor thesis is focus on comprehensive rehabilitation in a child with Down syndrome, living in foster care. The theoretical part describes Down syndrome and other illnesses often connected with it. Furthermore, orofacial anatomy and its pathology in people with Down syndrome is discussed. Later possible approaches are suggested in dealing with cognitive and mental delays. The characterization of institutional and foster care in the Czech Republic follows. The conclusion consists of descriptions of the comprehensive rehabilitation that specializes in psychotherapy for cognitively delayed persons with focus on communication and fine motor skills of these persons. The next part of this thesis explains the methodology where physiotherapeutic methods are explained, these are then used in a special part. This part then focuses on the case interpretation of ten-year-old girl with Down syndrome on whom were applied physiotherapeutic methods described in methodology. The outcome evaluates the progress from the first examination to the last, this is described in detail in the discussion part of this.
