Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v rozsahu pro stavební povolení. Součástí bude statický výpočet spolu s technickou zprávou, technické výkresy. Bytový dům je navržen jako lehká dřevěná konstrukce s tuhými stropními panely z CLT panelů. Konstrukce schodiště je řešena jako samostatná venkovní ocelová pavlač. Balkonové konstrukce jsou řešeny obdobně pouze ze dřeva. Budova je nepodsklepená s celkem čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Styčníky jsou řešeny kloubově. Objekt je založen na základových pasech. Zastřešení je navrženo jako nepochozí plochá střecha. Požární výška objektu je 6,12 m Veškeré výpočty jsou provedeny podle platných evropských norem zavedených do systému českých norem ČSN EN.The aim of the diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in the scope of a building permit. It will include a static calculation together with a technical report, technical drawings. The apartment building is designed as a light wooden structure with rigid ceiling panels made of CLT panels. The staircase construction is designed as a separate outdoor steel deck. Balcony structures are similarly designed only from wood. The building has no basement with a total of four above-ground floors. The connectors are hinged. The object is based on basic passports. The roofing is designed as a non-walkable flat roof. The fire height of the building is 6.12 m All calculations are performed according to valid European standards introduced into the system of Czech standards ČSN EN.
