Fyzioterapie u karcinomu prsu s poruchou hybnosti ramenního pletence cílená na kvalitu života

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzioterapií u karcinomu prsu s poruchou hybnosti ramenního pletence cílenou na kvalitu života. V kapitole Teorie jsou shrnuty fakta o anatomii a kineziologii ramenního pletence a o anatomii prsu. Kapitola poskytuje informace týkající se faktorů vzniku, klinických projevů, screeningového programu a diagnostiky karcinomu prsu. Dále jsou zde zpracovány fakta o léčbě karcinomu prsu a komplikacích onkologické léčby karcinomu prsu. Kapitola Metodika uvádí všechny použité vyšetřovací metody a fyzioterapeutické léčebné postupy využité v terapiích, které jsou obsahem speciální části. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiky dvou pacientek, přičemž každá pacientka prochází jinou fází onkologické léčby. Obě kazuistiky zahrnují vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Dále je zde podrobně popsán průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek s cílem demonstrovat vhodné fyzioterapeutické přístupy pro daná stádia onkologické léčby. V kapitole Výsledky jsou prezentovány výsledky naší fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacientek s karcinomem prsu na základě porovnání dat ze vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Z výsledků vyplývá, že fyzioterapeutická péče má významnou roli při zmírnění následků vedlejších účinků onkologické léčby na pohybový systém. Výsledky tudíž potvrzují opodstatněnou úlohu fyzioterapie v komplexní péči o pacientky s karcinomem prsu. Diskuze shrnuje a hodnotí výsledky bakalářské práce. Obsahuje také vlastní poznatky získané během zpracovávání práce. Závěr práce odkazuje na výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo v rámci zpracovávání bakalářské práce.The subject of the bachelor thesis is physiotherapy in breast cancer with impaired shoulder braid mobility targeting quality of life. The theoretical part summarizes the facts about the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder braid and the anatomy of the breast. The chapter provides information on the factors of occurrence, clinical manifestation, screening programme and diagnosis of breast cancer. Facts about breast cancer treatment and complications of breast cancer treatment are also covered. The methodology chapter lists all the examination methods and physiotherapeutic methods used in the therapies, which are the content of the special section. The special section contains case reports of two patients, each undergoing a different phase of cancer treatment. Both case report includes an initial kinesiological analysis, based on which a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan was determined. The course of individual therapeutic units is described in order to demonstrate appropriate physiotherapeutic approaches for different stages of cancer treatment. The results chapter presents the results of our physiotherapy intervention in patients with breast cancer based on the comparison of data from the initial and final kinesiological analysis. The results show that physiotherapy care has a significant role in alleviating the consequences of the side effects of cancer treatment on the musculoskeletal system. The results confirm the justified role of physiotherapy in the comprehensive care of breast cancer patients. The discussion summarizes and evaluates the results of the bachelor thesis. It also contains own findings obtained during the elaboration of the thesis. The conclusion of the thesis refers to the results achieved during the elaboration of the bachelor thesis.
