Konverze areálu bývalé továrny ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá studií konverze bývalé továrny historickém centru Dvora Králové nad Labem. Jedná se o návrh kulturního centra města. Cílem návrhu je racionální transformace současného stavu a začlenění areálu do struktury malého města. Součástí práce je také návrh interiéru, nádvoří, dokumentace částí projektu v rozsahu DSP, předběžný statický výpočet vybraných prvků a koncepce technického zařízení budovy.This Master‘s thesis presents the study of an adaptive reuse of former factory site in historical town centre of Dvůr Králové nad Labem. The goal of the design is rational transformation of current buildings and integration of the compound into the small town structure. The thesis also introduces interior design, courtyard design, building documentation, structural calculations of specific elements and a concept of the indoor environmental and building services.
