Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá revitalizací mateřské školy. Nejprve byl zhodnocen stávající stav objektu a poté navržena stavebně energetická opatření pro splnění požadavků pasivního standardu. V práci byla koncepčně řešena technická zařízení budovy a optimalizována obálka objektu na základě tepelně izolačních vlastností materiálů a jejich dopadů na životní prostředí. Je provedeno porovnání původního a navrhovaného stavu objektu z hlediska bilance energií. V závěru se práce zabývá analýzou zlepšení pomocí metodiky SBToolCZ pro mateřské školy.
This thesis deals with the revitalization of a kindergarten. The existing state of the building was assessed and after that, building energy measures have been proposed to meet the requirements of the passive standard. The building services were conceptually analysed and the building envelope was optimized based on thermal insulation properties with respect to the environment. A comparison of an energy evaluation of the current object and the proposed building was done. In conclusion, the thesis deals with the improvement analysis using SBToolCZ methodology for kindergartens.
