Analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti a dopady konsolidačního balíčku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti XYZ spolu s implementací očekávaných změn po schválení konsolidačního balíčku. Cílem práce je zhodnotit stávající systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti XYZ, navrhnout jeho případné vhodné úpravy a zjistit návaznost systému benefitů na motivaci a míru spokojenosti zaměstnanců. V teoretické části se práce zabývá teoretickým zmapováním problematiky zaměstnaneckých benefitů a jejich členění. Taktéž jsou rozebrány klíčové aspekty motivace a odměňování. Pozornost je věnována také aktuálním trendům v oblasti poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného systému benefitů vybrané společnosti, hodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s těmito výhodami a přehled plánovaných změn po implementaci konsolidačního balíčku. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření mapují spokojenost zaměstnanců s nabízenými benefity.This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefits in XYZ company along with the implementation of expected changes after the approval of the consolidation package. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the existing employee benefits system in XYZ company, to suggest possible appropriate adjustments and to determine the relation of the benefits system to employee motivation and satisfaction level. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theoretical mapping of employee benefits and their breakdown. The key aspects of motivation and remuneration are also discussed. Attention is also paid to current trends in the field of employee benefits. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current system of benefits of the selected company, evaluation of employee satisfaction with these benefits and an overview of planned changes after the implementation of the consolidation package. The results of the questionnaire survey map employee satisfaction with the benefits offered.
