Koncertní síň pro Prahu

Abstract

Diplomová práce navazuje na předdiplomní projekt, který řeší návrh urbanismu nové čtvrti v Praze - Bubny Zátory. V navrženém urbanismu jsem již počítala s předběžnou polohou koncertní síně v okolí Vltavy. Celou čtvrť jsme tedy tomu přizpůsobila. Již v předdiplomním projektu jsem vycházela z údajů poskytnutých od IPR. Stejně tomu tak bylo i u koncertní síně, kde má IPR pro tuto plánovanou stavbu předepsaný stavební program. Při návrhu koncertní síně jsem chtěla, aby nový prostor, který vznikne, žil celodenně, a ne, jen v době programu sálu. Objekt velkého sálu jsem tedy doplnila o novou budovu základní umělecké školy a o novou budovu malého sálu s jazz klubem umístěným na střeše. Celková kapacita velkého sálu je 1850 míst a malého sálu 405 míst. Všechny tři budovy jsou doplněny i o další funkce, jako je například prodej hudebních nástrojů, kavárna, restaurace a další komerční prostory. Hmoty jsou zakryty společným zastřešením, které vytváří kryté náměstí. V prostoru náměstí jsou začleněny vodní prvky, které budovu přímo propojují s řekou Vltavou. Všechny tři objekty mají společné parkovací plochy v podzemí. Zásobování a vjezd do síně je umístěn na úrovni silniční komunikace vedoucí pod budovou velkého koncertního sálu.This diploma thesis follows up the previous project which proposes urban solutions of the new city district in Prague - Bubny Zatory. In the proposed urban solution I have already count on with the position of the concert hall around Vltava river. All the district has been adjusted to this. In previous procejt I have already been using data from IPR. I did the same woth the concert hall where the IPR has a building program for this planned concert hall. During the designing of the concert hall I wanted to create a space which will live all day and notnonly during concert in concert hall. I have added an elementary art school to the building of great concert hall and a new building of small concert hall with jazz club which is situated on the roof. Overall capacity is 1850 seats for the great concert hall and 405 seats for the small concert hall. All three buildings are complemented by other functions, such as the sale of musical instruments, cafe, restaurant and many more commercial spaces. Masses are covered by joint roof, which creates a covered square. On this square are situated water elements which directly connect building with Vltava river. All three buildings have joint underground parking lot. Delivery and entrance to the parking are located at the level of the road which leads under the building of the great concert hall.
