Stresující faktory v profesi učitele při práci s osobami ve výkonu trestu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stresující faktory, kterým jsou vystaveni učitelé při práci s osobami ve výkonu trestu. Cílem teoretické části je popsat z obecného hlediska pojem stresu, jeho příčiny, účinky a metody zvládání stresu, vymezit pojem učitel a specifika tohoto povolání v prostředí běžné střední školy a věznice. V návaznosti na to jsou definovány pojmy, jako je žák, osoba ve výkonu trestu a učební obor kategorie E. Empirická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření k problematice stresu jednak na Středním odborném učilišti ve Vězeňské službě České republiky a jednak na Středním odborném učilišti v civilním sektoru. Práce vede k doporučením k prevenci stresu u pedagogů, pracujících s vězni.This thesis focuses on the stressful factors to which teachers are exposed when working with prisoners. The goal of the theoretical part is to describe from a general point of view the concept of stress, its causes, effects and stress management methods, to define the concept of teacher and the specifics of this profession in a normal high school and prison. Following this, terms such as student, person serving a sentence and category E field of study are defined. The empirical part is based on a questionnaire survey on the issue of stress at the Secondary Vocational School in the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and at the Secondary Vocational School in the civil sector. The results of the thesis are recommendations for stress prevention of the teachers working with prisoners.
