Hodnocení kvality života pacientů s vertebrogenními kořenovými syndromy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dnes stále více aktuálním tématem - kvalitou života. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit kvalitu života pacientů s vertebrogenními kořenovými syndromy bederní páteře za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Dílčími cíli je zjistit, v jakých oblastech je bolest omezuje nejvíce a porovnat výsledky dotazníku v závislosti na indikované léčbě, délce onemocnění nebo pohlaví. Práce má dvě částii, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o kvalitě života, anatomii a kineziologii páteře. Dále se zabývá kořenovými bolestmi, rozdělením kořenových syndromů, jejich vyšetřením, diagnostikou a léčbou. V praktické části je popsána metodika dotazníkového průzkumného šetření, které se uskutečnilo ve Vojenské nemocnici v Praze. Ve spolupráci s lékaři byly dotazníky distribuovány jak pacientům přicházejících do neurologických ambulancí nebo stacionáře, tak pacientům na lůžkovém neurologickém oddělení. Celkem se studie zúčastnilo 60 respondentů, z toho 36 mužů a 24 žen. Byla zmapována struktura zkoumaného souboru a zhodnocena kvalita života vzhledem k bolesti, která tyto pacienty omezuje v různých oblastech života, a to za pomoci standardizovaného dotazníku Oswestry.This bachelor thesis aims to increasingly actual topic - the quality of life. The aim of this thesis is rate quality of life of patients with vertebrogenes roots syndroms of lumbal spine using questionnaire. Others aims are to find out in whoch parts of their life they are limited the most and compare results of qurdtionnaire depending on indicated cure and lenght of disease or sex. This thesis consists of two parts, teoretical and practical. The teoretical part contains basic information of quality of life, anatomy and kinesiology of spine. It deals with roots pains, divided roots syndroms, theirs examination, diagnostics and therapy. In the practical part is described methodics of questionnaire, which was realized in Armys hospital of Prague. In cooperation with the doctors the questionnaires were distributed to patients in neurology ambulances and patients in neurology impatients. There were 60 respondents, 36 mens and 24 women. The structure of examined set was mapped and a quality of life was rated due to the pain which limits these patients in their life, using standardized questionnaire Oswestry.
