Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické intervence u dítěte po remodelaci lebky

Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické intervence u dítěte po remodelaci lebky. Bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací dětské pacientky ve věku šesti let, u níž byla z důvodu komplikací vyplývajících z genetické poruchy zapotřebí remodelace lebky. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí: současný stav, metodika a speciální část. Současný stav shrnuje poznatky získané z dostupných literárních zdrojů. Nejprve je uvedeno funkční a anatomické rozdělení lebky, princip osifikace a vývoj lebečních kostí, možnosti vyšetření a rozdělení lebky dle rozměrů. Dále se práce věnuje vrozeným vývojovým vadám, kde lze nalézt popsání jednotlivých kraniosynostóz, základy genetiky, možnosti operačních řešení a detailní popsání Pfeifferova syndromu spolu s obtížemi týkajícími se výchovy postiženého dítěte. Metodika zahrnuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, jež byly v rámci rehabilitace využity. Charakterizuje také pracoviště, kde se jednotlivé fyzioterapeutické jednotky uskutečnily. Speciální část formou kazuistiky popisuje vstupní a pooperační kineziologický rozbor, z něhož je vytvořen krátkodobý rehabilitační plán. Dále lze nalézt podrobné výpisy ze zdravotní dokumentace, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky odpovídající potřebám i omezením pacientky vyplývající z jejího genetického onemocnění a závěrečný kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě je sestaven dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Závěrem jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a volené terapeutické postupy.The title of the bachelor thesis: Issues in Physiotherapy for Children After Skull Remodeling. This bachelor thesis deals with the rehabilitation of a 6-year-old female child patient who needed skull remodeling, due to complications resulting from genetic defects. The work is divided into three parts: the current situation, methodology, and a special section. The current situation summarizes findings obtained from the scientific literature. First, we present the functional and anotomical division of the skull, the principle of ossification and the development of the skull bones, and ways of dividing the skull according to its dimensions. The work goes on to deal with congenital development faults, presenting individual craniosynostoses, basic genetic considerations, various approaches to operating, and a detailed description of Pfeiffer's syndrome, together with difficulties affecting the education of the afflicted child. The methodology includes investigative and therapeutic methods that have been used within the framework of rehabilitation. The workplaces in which each of the physiotherapeutic procedures was carried out are also characterized. The special section, in the form of a presentation of casuistic reasoning, presents a preliminary and a post-operative kinesiological analysis, and draws up a short-term rehabilition plan. This is followed by a detailed synopsis of the health documentation, the individual therapeutic units responding to the needs and limitations of the patient according to her genetic disease, and a final kinesiological analysis, on the basis of which a long-term rehabilitation plan is drawn up. Finally, there is an evaluation of the results that have been achieved and of the therapeutic procedures that were selected.
