Představy lidí o zdravotnickém operačním středisku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu Představy lidí o zdravotnickém operačním středisku. Zabývá se šetřením v této oblasti ohledně funkce a poskytování služeb zdravotnickým operačním střediskem. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje zdravotnickému operačnímu středisku a jeho činnosti, zdravotnické záchranné službě a výkonu její práce. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření se v praktické části zjišťovaly představy laické veřejnosti o poskytování služeb zdravotnickým operačním střediskem, informovaností o jejích reálných možnostech a důvodech možného vyslání výjezdové skupiny zdravotnické záchranné služby. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, o kolik se liší domněnky běžné populace od skutečného rozsahu náplně práce služeb zdravotnického operačního střediska. V rámci dotazníkového šetření byly od respondentů shromážděny informace o obecné znalosti zdravotnického operačního střediska a očekáváních při vytočení linky 155. V práci je uvedeno také za jakým účelem a pro koho volali zdravotnickou záchrannou službu a co za služby od ZZS čekají.The bachelor thesis is dealing with the concept of General conceptions of health operating center. The areas of function and provision of services by the medical operations center is investigated. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the medical operating center and its activities, the emergency medical service and the performance of its work. The practical part, then, was used to explore the ideas from the general public about the provision of services by the medical operating center, information about its actual possibilities and reasons for the possible deployment of an emergency medical service field team through the questionnaire survey. The aim of this paper was reveal the differences between the assumptions of the general population and the actual scope of work of the services of the medical operating center. The questionnaire survey collected information from respondents about the general knowledge of the medical operating center and expectations when calling 155. In this contribution it is also stated why and for whom the ambulance service was called and what type of service was expected.
